Samanatha Peppard’s journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine started in 1997, as a Chef. Experiencing the benefits of nutritional foods and herbs motivated her into researching alternative medicines.

After hanging up her apron, Samanatha had completed the 4-year Chinese Medicine diploma program from Nelson’s Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in 2005. With this strong foundation, she also completed an internship at Vancouver’s first fertility focused acupuncture clinic, Acubalance. Additionally, working for a few years in a private practice in Vancouver; focusing on fertility support and women’s health.

Samanatha traveled to China, 3-month postgraduate, to study with the University of Nanjing. Here she learned in a fast-paced environment, on a multitude of patients along side other Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In 2010, following the birth of her first son, Samantha moved to Prince George expanding her practice, to include pre-and post-natal care, as well as moving further into pain management and injury rehabilitation. In 2020, after working in and under other practices & practitioners, she had decided to branch into her own buying the current yellow heritage building located on the intersection of Vancouver and 9th. Making this her 16th year in practice!
